After steam cleaning, use vinegar with very little dish soap. It won't come back easily, vinegar kills mold. Bleach only discolors it.

Y’all - go to Home Depot and rent an industrial steamer. They’re usually $2700 and you can rent for around $40. We steamed the whole home we just purchased - it looks INCREDIBLE

You could solve the mold issue by giving it a really good scrub, spraying it down with vinegar, rinsing it off and then sealing the grout. You should seal your grout every six months.

I ha e the Bissell hand held steamer and it only stays full pressure for less than a minute the. has to build up full pressure again.
