If you were active before pregnancy, haven’t had complications, and aren’t high risk, working out is common and usually fine (always check with your doctor first!). I kept up my strength training (with my doctor’s approval) and jogged all through my pregnancy. Here are 3 ways exercise helped me during pregnancy: • Boosted my energy and stamina for those long days. • Improved my mood and reduced stress. • Built strength that prepared my body for labor. And 3 ways it’s helping me postpartum: • Accelerated my recovery. • Supported my mental well-being during this big transition. • Made returning to my pre-baby routine smoother. Stay active, stay informed, and always listen to your body. Every journey is unique!
