What do you have him doing in the warm water? Also would love to know how you document the AROM in warm water so that it’s not seen as a modality vs therex like the verbage you’d use

question, my grandma has OA and RA and I was told for OA give heat but when inflammation is there (RA) don't use heat or ice. any advice for her hands
