@cookingwithme255: Chocolade CAKE🍫🍫 2 cups sugar 2 cups all purpose flour 1 1/4 cups cocoa powder 1 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1 cup milk 2 eggs (whisked) 1/2 cup vegtable oil 1 cup hot water (mixed with 1 tsp instant coffee) 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Ganache 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips (you can choose whichever chocolate you'd like, milk, dark, or semisweet) 1 cup simmered heavy Cream In a clean bowl, mix together your sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined
 In the same bowl, add in your whisked eggs and milk – roughly mix into your batter 
 Now add in the rest of your ingredients – whisk just until smooth, you dont want to over-mix
 Seperate you batter into 2 six inch prepared pans, and bake at 180c for 35-40 minutes 
 Ganache While your cake is baking, prepare your ganache. You can use milk chocolate, dark chocolate, semi sweet – whatever your heart desires. Add your chocolate chips into a bowl with 1 cup of simmered heavy cream. mix until smooth – set to the side or in the fridge to cool
 Once your cake is baked, allow it to completely cool – then trim off the very top to give your cake a clean, sharp edge
