When I tap my finger on the nightstand or a spoon on a plate, I hear the eardrum in my left ear moving and it's very unpleasant. Why is this happening?

Hall’s garage :
2023 had a ear infection, since then have been dealing with vertigo and dizziness. Have had every test possible, still having tests done. Still dealing with issues constantly, I’m disability now, quit working since 2023. Just want fixed. Any other tests you could recommend ? I have self diagnosed at this point to severe nerve damage from the ear infection mostly Cleveland clinic says 1 in 4 (me) can last years or never go away. It’s gotta be my ears. Lay down and I’m spinning bad vertigo, walking holding the walls, can’t eat can’t sleep. Any ideas would be appreciated
