My kids can eat whenever. but I don't do separate meals. I make sure I cook at least something each person will eat. Sorry not sorry! food expensive!

In my family we sit at the table together when it’s dinner time but if ur not hungry we js put it in the fridge and eat it whenever we feel. (1)

So, I don’t force my son to eat, but I do ask that he sits at the table for dinner. If he doesn’t like it, we offer something else.

my son has a bedtime routine so I do encourage a set dinner time window and he does need to eat in that window.
