Let me tell you that these parents are starting to creep into the job market as their kids get to that point. I’ve had them ask to be in interviews with the kid 🙄

I email my kids teacher every week. How else would I know if my kid is getting his work done? The teacher now makes my kid bring home his unfinished work and we work on it at home together.
