With the property being unoccupied, I decided to speak to a few neighbors before I began. Thev all stated that the owners moved to Georgia, but plan to fix the property and move back sometime this year. One neighbor said that he has been mowing the property to keep the tall arass down, but has not been weed eating or edging the property.
