Pengumuman terkait kebijakan terbaru itu disampaikan Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Presiden, Kompleks Istana Kepresidenan, Jakarta Pusat, Senin (15/9/2025). Turut hadir Menteri Keuangan Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa. "Tadi hadir bersama bapak presiden membahas terkait dengan kebijakan yang akan diambil yang kita beri nama Program Paket Ekonomi 2025 ini yang terdiri delapan program akselerasi 2025 dan empat program dilanjutkan di 2026, dan lima program terkait kendaraan pemerintah untuk tenaga kerja," kata Airlangga. Untuk paket ekonomi 2025 yang akan dikucurkan hingga akhir tahun itu terdiri dari delapan program, yakni program magang lulusan perguruan tinggi yang akan mendapat uang saku setara upah minimum provinsi sekitar Rp 3,3 juta per bulan selama enam bulan. Kedua, perluasan pajak penghasilan pasal 21 ditanggung pemerintah yang ditambah untuk sektor terkait pariwisata sebesar 100% selama tiga bulan di sisa tahun pajak 2025. Ketiga, berupa bantuan pangan selama dua bulan dalam bentuk 10 kg beras, dan bisa ditambah pada Desember jika realisasi anggaran belum optimal. Keempat, berupa bantuan iuran JKK dan JKM untuk 6 bulan sebesar 50% bagi pekerja bukan penerima upa, yang di antaranya ialah mitra pengemudi transportasi online atau ojol, ojek pangkalan, supir, kurir, dan logistik. Kelima, program manfaat layanan tambahan (MLT) perumahan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan berupa relaksasi manfaat bunga KPR/KPA/PUMP/PP maksimum BI Rate plus 3%. Keenam, program padat karya tunai atau cash for work melalui Kementerian Perhubungan dan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dalam bentuk upah harian dengan proyek periode September-Desember 2025. Ketujuh, dalam bentuk percepatan aturan deregulasi yang termuat dalam Peraturan Pemerintah (PP) 28 Tahun 2025. Terakhih, atau kedelapan, bentuknya berupa program perkotaan, untuk perbaikan kualitas pemukiman dan penyediaan platform pemasaran untuk gigs economy khususnya UMKM. Total anggaran paket ekonomi yang terdiri dari delapan program itu senilai Rp 16,23 triliun. Adapun untuk empat program yang dilanjutkan pada 2026 di antaranya perpanjangan waktu pemanfaatan PPh Final 0,5% bagi wajib pajak UMKM serta penyesuaian penerima PPh Final 0,5% bagi wajib pajak UMKM. Lalu, perpanjangan PPh 21 DTP untuk pekerja di sektor terkait pariwisata, dan PPh Pasal 21 DTP untuk pekerja di Industri Padat Karya. Terakhir, berupa program diskon iuran JKK dan JKM untuk semua penerima bukan penerima upah atau BPU. Throwing a simple vase this time, angular, but only slightly. Centred, opened up, the base compressed and then the walls are drawn up. This beginning process of centring and forming the base is when the foundations for the rest of the pot are set. Poor foundations, such as badly centred clay or a base left too thick or too thin, may only lead to complications down the line and a harder pot to throw. I do rush it, sometimes, with pots that I know I can get away with throwing quickly and not perfectly accurately. Mugs and bowls mainly, as there is a way of lifting the clay up and centring an undulating rim as the soft clay is compressed from the top whilst being drawn up by my hands. I also don’t mind if there’s a minute irregularity in the shape as normally, I’ll be able to fix it at the leather hard stage. This isn’t every pot of course, but sometimes there’s a slightly more stubborn lump of clay to centre and pockets of air to contend with. This changes for larger pots, or for pieces with galleries for lids or if they have complex, angular shapes. In these instances, I work more slowly and carefully, setting the foundations properly, all the way back to thoroughly spiral wedging the lump of clay. Whereas again, if I’m throwing 100 mugs or bowls, there’s a high chance that not every ball of clay will be properly wedged. Some throwers work steadily and slowly, whereas others throw in a miraculous way where the pot feels like it’s on the verge of collapse whilst being rapidly drawn into existence. One such potter is Francis Power, a thrower I watched in Ireland during my training on the DCCoI Ceramics Skills & Design Training Course. I don’t think I’ve ever been as transfixed as watching him work and my vase in this video is thrown at a snail’s pace in comparison. #vase #wheelthrownpottery #ceramics #handmade #pottery #asmr
