@holmescooking: Replying to @kchampion45 we buy 1/2 cow every year and in between i grab some cuts on sale. Testing out the @Schwank Grills and monitoring temps on both with the @Typhur sync. Wife likes hers medium well, i side more with rare to medium rare.
