⸻ I have a grade III tear of the medial meniscus (body and posterior horn), without a displaced or loose fragment. I do not experience locking; I can move my leg normally, but when I walk and put pressure on it, I feel pain on the inner side of the knee. In this scenario, would you recommend conservative management or surgery?
