@meghannmcuniff: Prosecutors with the Fulton County District Attorney’s Office are in the interesting position of trying to attack the credibility of a man has contracted with their own office to do some pretty important work. Terrence Bradley is a former law, partner of special prosecutor and ex-boyfriend of Fani Willis Nathan Wade, and his correspondence with the defense attorneys in Donald Trump‘s case about Wade and Fani Willis were spotlighted by the attorneys trying to get Willis recused. (You can watch a clip here @M@Meghann Cuniff To try to counter that, a prosecutor from Willis’ office asked Bradley about him being accused of s assault by an employee of the law firm, which is why he left the firm. Trump’s lawyer had already asked Bradley about why he left the firm, and assault wasn’t mentioned, but the prosecutor didn’t mince words when it was her turn with Bradley. His answer “that is incorrect” and then his long, long pause before saying “yes” is pretty incredible. Some of Bradley’s testimony discussed contracts that his law firm had gotten outside of the special counsel contract that Wade got for the Trump case. He was doing first appearances in criminal cases, and also reviewing attorney-client privileged material as part of a so-called taint team which, ironically, was part of the District Attorney’s Office’s corruption unit.
