@the.ancestral.athlete: I dislocated both my shoulders multiple times and had shoulder stabilisation surgery in my right shoulder! As a result, I suffered for years with shoulders that felt weak, restricted and unstable! If you have ever dislocated your shoulder then you too will likely have experienced reduced range of motion and strength as a result! 3 key motions you need to restore to the joint are: 1. Rotation 2. Flexion 3. Extension Shoulder health starts with rotation! Open up greater range of motion using isometrics and then start to strengthen that range by loading eccentrically and concentrically! Once you have strengthened rotation, you can start improving over head Flexion! Again using isometrics to access and strengthen new range, and then dynamically loading the range to solidify! And finally open up strength through length in extension! You can use the exercises in this video to help you do all of this and get your shoulders moving pain free, with greater range of motion and with greater resilience
