Lol it’s simply lunchtime duty for me. I never thought patrolling the playground for 5 hours a week in all weathers, would be so mentally exhausting

I hate the fact we are meant to just keep doing more and more… I just can’t stand staying in school after hours for open evenings and parents evenings. I hate how the job takes over your whole life.

I’ve just finished my NPQLT! You got this! I learnt a lot and although it was stressful at times and it’s extra weekend work, I found it insightful!

Teacher for 15 yrs and SLT for 5. These NPQ courses are just a fad, the pressure to keep on doing is ridiculous. Teachers are frowned upon for wanting to excel at ‘just’ teaching.

It’s a bit depressing that you can’t go up the pay scale for just teaching for 20 years. Like why should you have a TLR to make decent money? So unfair

They threw me in the deep end and have me in with ofsted even though I’m not on tlr or subject lead and it’s been my 3rd year of teaching now Im asked to implement but it’s just so much stress
