This was outlawed in Scotland.. the seller gets the appraisal and its free and available to prospective buyers. Stops over inflated prices

Clients shouldn’t have to pay for appraisals. Go to a regular bank who pay for the appraisals.

Our appraiser didn’t even know what county we lived in. He used comparables in a different county. We have 4 bedrooms he put down we had 3. So no, not all appraisers care about the value of ur home
