@chrisjohnsondc: MOST cases of ADHD have a sensory-motor component. It’s actually rare that I see an ADHD child that DOESN’T have sensory challenges. Indentifying and addressing these issues is crucial to kids’ long-term success. *This is a quick screening test and NOT a replacement for a proper assessment! BUT, it’s great for helping parents see and appreciate the neurological component of focus issues. NOTE: this applies to school age children- it’s normal for toddlers to struggle with these movements. #adhdkids #childdevelopment #parentingtips #kids #crunchymom #holisticmama #pediatrictherapy #healthykids #functionalneurology
