@casalacsamana: Let’s set up this tiered tray … Food at an afternoon tea is usually served on a tiered tray with items grouped into three categories: 1. savory tea sandwiches on the bottom, 2. scones in the middle and 3. sweets on top. 👩‍🍳 what’s your favorite layer of the tiered tray? (Sandwiches, Scones or Sweets) Recommended Sandwiches: 1. Cucumber slices with Butter/Cream Cheese Spread 2. Egg Salad Sandwiches 3. Prosciutto, Mozzarella & Cream Cheese with a drizzle of honey Scones: I like to serve the freshly baked scones on a separate plate/server to avoid warming the sweets on the top. This is not a video to bash Megan or anyone in the group. It’s to bash the poor tour management that had to wait last minute to cancel. Parents spent hundred of dollars to come here not just in tickets but hotels too. If she was so sick why wait until last minute to cancel the show. Megan was not at sound check so if she was so sick then why not just cancel the show before.
