Here are 3 things I recommend adding to your itinerary 1. Explore the historic downtown Boulder City area. The streets are lined with small shops, restaurants, historic motels and bars. We stopped in the south west diner. For 30 years they’ve been serving breakfast lunch, dinner and homemade pies all day. It's charming and has great outdoor dining 2. Grab dessert at chilly jilly’z. This is a staple to the boulder city area and was even named best restaurant in 2023. They’re a nostalgic open air shop with food and a plethora of desserts. I Highly recommend a dole whip float! 1. Visit hemenway park. They’re famous for big horn sheep encounters and stunning views of lake mead. If you can picnic here or walk the tails, that's even better! Go earlier in the morning for the best chance or seeing the big horned sheep up close So, have you been?
