@nobudgetbabe: I'm spilling the secrets to getting rich AF in your 20s and 30s, and doing it fast. I went from $40k debt to a millionaire at 30 by studying the rich, and today I'm teaching you the things society doesn't want you to know. Lesson #1 : You've been lied to Society wants you to believe the path to a good life is going to school, getting a 9-5, and retiring when you're 65. And that may have worked for our grandparents, but our generation is finally starting to realize that we've been sold a lie. The cost of living is rising, student debt is crippling, and there's a housing affordability crisis - and climbing the corporate ladder to make 6 figures a year can take decades. The math isn't mathing. And that's because the system is broken - I now make 6 figures a year WITHOUT working because I stopped listening to society and their version of success. The people who are succeeding in their 20s and 30s are the ones who have found a way to make more than they need, and invested into learning the skills that will get them paid while they sleep. Lesson #2 : Investing isn't for the rich, it's how you get rich Did you realize $75 a week invested for 10 years out of your entire life can make you a millionaire, but instead of figuring out how it works most people believe it's too hard to learn and will let fear get in the way. Being broke is hard, learning a new skill can feel hard - but would you rather have 3 months of hard and 40 years of easy, or 40 years of struggle? The biggest difference between those who get rich and those who stay stuck is how they handle fear. The rich are not afraid to take calculated risks and bet on themselves, and they know that if they don't find a way to make money while they sleep they will work until they die. Lesson #3 : Retirement isn't an age Most people would stay home instead of going to work today if given the chance, but y'all are sleeping on the opportunity to make freedom your reality by thinking you have to wait until you're 65 to be financially independent. Here's the hard truth: if you never learn how money works and start investing, you won't get to retire at 65, because retirement isn't an age, it's a number in the bank. Lesson #4 : The most valuable asset you already have is your mind My investments pay for my mortgage, my car, my food, my shopping, and my vacations - all because I believed I could, so I did. Your mind is the most powerful and valuable asset you own right now, because in this world whatever you believe will become true for you. Every successful person had to first believe it was possible, or they would have never taken the action to get them where they are. Check out our website for more 🔥

How do you determine what to invest in to get a balance between capital appreciation when you’re retired + extra income now (dividend, rental etc)?
