Ingredients 2 sheets nori 2 sticks imitation crab 4 slices of fish cake 2 eggs for omelette 2 sticks yellow radish 2 cups spinach 1 carrot cut length wise 1/4 lb thinly sliced beef ( optional) 2 cups rice Spices and seasoning Soy sauce Sesame oil for cooking and coating Sugar Salt and pepper 1 clove garlic Directions 1. Marinade the beef in 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp black pepper, crushed garlic and sesame oil. 2. Make your omelette by beating 2 eggs and add a dash of soy sauce. Cook until golden. Set it aside. 3. Blanch your spinach and be sure to squeeze well to drain excess water. season with some sesame oil. 4. Fry the fish cake with a little bit of oil until it is nice and golden brown. Fry the imitation crab on low heat to warm it up. 5. Cook the beef and set it aside. 6. Cut your omelette, carrot,fish cake and radish length wise. 7. Assemble by spreading the rice on the nori.
