@troyjfitness: You’ve been damaging your mental health 👇 I see far too many people putting themself into diets that are far to restricted on social occasions or food choices ❌ If you stop social occasions because “it’s always involved alcohol” or “i always eat out” then that’s a you problem. Not the social occasion problem. If you isolate yourself from everything that may potentially bring your temptations you will have to lock yourself in your room 😅 Diet isn’t everything. Still go out and see friends and socialise! Also make sure you balance your food choices to not be so restricted 🤝 Your mental health is more important!
