I just got diagnosed with endo a few months ago, I deal with all this except I don’t bleed at all maybe once every year. and I can’t have birth control and I don’t want to have surgery😭

I’ve had 2 ultrasound scans. They found absolutely nothing. I’m going in for a laparoscopy soon and I’m terrified they won’t find anything and I’ll be left to struggle on my own again

Hey ladies endo warrior here I was told I had endo after the surgery to confirm I was fine for a while but what also helped was changing my diet! Certain foods make endo worse! Hope this helps

How did you get diagnosed with endo? Did they show up on your scans? My scans are all clear but my periods are so awful but i don’t wana have the surgery to determine if I have it or not :/

I’m getting the surgery soon to find out whether I have it but I alwaysss get period pains even when I’m not on and I know when I’m ovulating because of the sensation

you may have adenomyosis alongside of the endometriosis or they may have not gotten to all of it. have you seen an excision specialist at all?
