do not get the halo. It will drive you nuts that you have to like get up out of bed. I recommend one that is basically an extension of your bed.

We bought a halo bassinet but we actually never used it. We used our pack&play with the newborn insert from day 1 + we’re still using it 4 months in💞

I would skip a bassinet and use a pack and play with the top changing station & napping Combo. was great when I room shared with my 2nd babe. Plus you can slide it into the kitchen, other rooms, etc
