@dustinpoynter: the first photo makes me emotional, because i can physically see how sad i was. it’s from a video that i filmed late November 2021. COVID had sent me into financial crisis, made me change my career at 30, and i was alone 24/7 working from home. i was 17 pounds underweight, not eating, and always getting h*gh and drinking because that was really the only time the stress and sadness ever went away. i was also isolating from my loved ones to hide how i felt. my life honestly felt directionless and very lonely. i didnt realize it at the time but i was full-on depressed. but just when i was at my lowest mentally and physically, @Kendra Bryan came along a few months later. i started going to therapy every week, permanently stopped smoking & i haven’t smoked in a year, permanently cut out heavy drinking, moved in with Kendra, started eating again, and actually felt self love for the first time in years because i had a partner who was encouraging, motivating, loving, and being patient with me every single day. this past year and 1/2 i have worked on my mental health more than i ever have in my entire life, and i owe so much of it to Kendra because she helped me finally believe in myself and inspired me to express my emotions — both things i have struggled with my whole life. i would have never been open like this a year ago. sometimes people truly do come into your life at the right place, right time. this is dedicated to the greenest flag that i know. i love you. 💚🖤 #soulmate #relationships #lovestory #Love #fypシ #foryou
