@askvinh: It amazes me that school doesn't teach you this... The ability to communicate is one of the most highly valued skillsets that has the potential to skyrocket your success in pretty much every area of life, yet it's a skill that most people don't invest in at all. That's because we're taught by society that if you become really good technically at what you do, that's enough to be successful. I've discovered over the past decade that this is simply not true. Yes it's important to have good technical skills, but if you pair that with good communication skills, you now can shine even brighter.
