if you’ve been told lowering inflammation won’t really change your body… listen. I used to believe that too. especially while dealing with an autoimmune condition that left my body constantly inflamed, exhausted, and out of balance. I genuinely didn’t see a way out. ⸻ I thought it was just about weight. or trying harder. or pushing more. ⸻ but it was never just that. it was how I felt in my body every single day. my energy ⚡ my symptoms 🥀 my recovery 🫶 my overall health 🌿 everything was affected. ⸻ what actually started to help me wasn’t extreme. it was learning how to support my body instead of fighting it: 🥗 anti-inflammatory foods 🌿 gut-focused nutrition 💧 consistent, simple eating habits 🚶‍♀️ daily movement 😴 proper recovery not perfect. just consistent. ⸻ and yes… my body changed. -22kg over time 🤍 but honestly, that wasn’t even the biggest shift. the biggest change was how I started feeling inside my body. calmer. lighter. more balanced. ⸻ I’m not saying this is the only way. but I am saying I stopped dismissing the basics… and things started to shift. ⸻ and if you’re reading this thinking “that’s where I am right now”… you don’t need to overhaul everything overnight. you just need to start somewhere your body can actually respond to 🌿 ⸻ I’ve been putting something together around all of this 🤍 for anyone who feels stuck in their body, dealing with inflammation, or just trying to feel better again. I’ll share more soon — but if this resonates, you’ll probably want to stick around for it. #transformation #health #fyp #beforeandafter #healthylifestyle
