I love this no screen time idea, I really want todo this but it makes our house so quite...and my newborn sleeps so much better with back ground noise...any suggestions? do you guys listen to music?

I do limited screen time and low stimulating shows when we do & I’ve noticed a huge change in behavior and speech.

omg yes! transitioning out of constant screen time is so hard but absolutely worth it I even notice being more present with them myself.
