@thesourdoughmama: She’s a very soft green and she doesn’t taste like plants! ☘️🤣 Victory! Here’s how I did it: 100g active starter 370g water + 10 drops of @sakaralife Detox drops- it has chlorophyll in it for a lovely green 🥰 500g bread flour 9g salt I also added some drops to my Thai rice flour, mixed it up a bit and left it out overnight to dry. The next day I crumbled it up to get a nice soft green to top my loaf with. After making my pink bread for Valentine’s Day I knew green would be my next endeavor and I really wanted a light pistachio colored green. This worked! It’s a little hard to see in the video but it’s there-a lovely green hue. Next time I may aim for a little more color even or swirl some drops in during my stretch and folds for a marbled effect like @loaf_fi_bread suggested 🥰 Hoping I can push it without the flavor being impacted. Another note-this made a delightfully light and soft crumb. I really liked it. 👏🏻 I was overall super surprised because it smelled like plants at one point. 🥴 She was just keeping me on my toes! #greenbread #stpatricksday #stpatricksdaybaking #stpatrickssourdough #stpatricksdayinspo #march #pistachio #clover #fourleafclover #breadart #sourdoughscoring #green #mintgreen #sage #cottagebakery #challengerbreadpan #breadtok
