I was sent this to try from @influenster @Homedics Full body flex massage cushion. This was so easy to set up and very simple to use. It has velcro straps you can attach to the chair. Unfortunately, they didn't fit my chair, but I used it on a sofa. It didn't matter. Obviously, it's not going anywhere once you sit on it. The massage targets the thighs, glutes, lower back, and upper back. The nodes feel like balls they move in circular motions, working their way up like a pair of hands would do. It's a lot more powerful than I expected and really gets dug in. Just how I like it. It has 4 settings 1 to 3 intensity and a spot one that you can use for a specific area. You can also turn the heat button on which I really liked and find very relaxing. This couldn't have come at a better time as I've been suffering with my shoulder, and it gives me pain in the back of my shoulder blade. I can now get relief from using the massager by myself and not have to have someone else rub my back. You get 15 minutes, then it turns itself off so you don't over do it. It's actually a good thing as it feels so good I'd stay on it for hours. The fabric is a nice soft grey and can be easily wiped down with a damp cloth when needed.
