@lisa_fit_: We all have set backs and sometimes need a kick in the butt to get going! Back in Dec I hurt my knee (fell off a scooter in Thailand lolol) and I was still lifting after giving it a few weeks rest but at times still avoiding it because I was nervous or bc it was achy. After warming up it always feels better, so my excuses were winning sometimes and I HATED that. It was discouraging but I decided to just start with a warm up and see how I feel. If it bothered me, switch to upper body. If it didn’t, then it was party time! As I kept doing this, it got me into a better routine of not allowing my BS excuses to stop me.
