it's depends for your hair type high or low porosity. for low porosity it will be useless

I think it just varys person to person, when i tried it it made my hair really soft, shiny and reduced frizz.

i love it , my hairs is shinier and softer. Maybe he did not leave it on for 5mins and just applied it and washed it off.

For me, it helped a lot but i also really recommend using silk(scarf or bonnet) to cover your hair while sleeping to prevent and make it shiny smooth the next day ❤️
