The death throne was probably one of the most dramatic parts of my mom passing away. I would occasionally have to step out of the room just to re-reset myself. Thank you for explaining.

With my dad, in hospital palliative care, they gave him a patch behind his ear that controlled secretions. My mother was in CHF in a nursing home and nothing was explained to us about the rattle.
