Here is my biggest hack for Machine Rows that I use to grow my Lats FASTER in the past 10 years while using this. ⚠️ When performing this exercise using both arms, this will require more effort on your body overall, expending more energy and producing less force output on each side. Compared to performing this unilaterally (with one arm at a time), this will allow you to use your opposite hand as counter-force, allowing you to stabilize harder into the bench, helping you generate more force output on each side of your back.
