the white tile at the bottom looks wrong, and always run the adhesive lines vertically not horizontally, to dispel any trapped water or moisture

I always put the sill in first one less grout line out in the open water runs downhill

my personal preference is to tile the top reveal first along with the sill, then tile the cheeks.
