Rinse it till water is basically clear. Add water 1” above rice. Add 1 TBS butter, drizzle oil, any seasonings. Bring to simmer. Add foil then lid. Reduce temp to #1 and set timer 20 mins. Fluff, Done

I can’t make rice either 😭 and I am a great cook. Rice is just stupid. I buy quarts from the Chinese restaurant and freeze it and use it when I need fried rice for a recipe 😂
