@rowleyadventures: I nearly cried when I reviewed this clip and heard her self talk. The fact she was scared, told herself these three statements and then pinned it down the mountain in full control was so amazing. To see this moment in person is a thing of beauty but we don’t have a comms system so i rarely knkw what she is saying. Then being able to review the footage of her mic’d up and hear these beautiful statements just made my heart so full. Positive self talk can do wonders for you especially if you’re feeling outside of your comfort zone.
