Great for like dry bulk items but i wouldn’t with anything you should typically can. Seems solid though for a vacuum sealer

Side note...I put produce in jars, seal them then refrigerate them. Lettuce, tomatoes, strawberries...all last longer.

Word of advice, when vacuum sealing powdery food, put a paper cupcake liner on top of the food before sealing so the vacuum sealer won’t clog.
