Now that’s thiccccc. The Halfbreed Blades MCK-02 is one of those fixed blades that *really* feels like it was built to be used and abused. It has a 4.52-inch modified drop point blade with a recurved cutting edge, made from Bohler K340 tool steel (59-60 HRC). The whole knife is built very heavy duty, with a thiccc 1/4-inch blade, machined G10 handle scales that give you a really solid grip. The Teflon coating also helps cut down on glare and gives the blade some extra protection against corrosion - but really comes into play when you’re cutting as it provides a smoother, cutting experience and less resistance against the material the knife is cutting into There’s a lot of little details on this knife that make it stand out too. It has an oversized handguard, a glass breaking/hammering pommel and a lanyard hole Ofcourse. It also comes with a USA made Kydex sheath and belt carry system. Definitely isnt the lightest fixed blade out there, but thats kind of the point—it’s a compact, overbuilt knife made for hard use.
