Hm, she is but she’s not the worse because she does have snack food available. Some don’t do snacks at all (difference between a crunchy almond mom and a diet almond mom)

I’d argue almond mom is more low-fat, diet food like those 100 calorie packs we used to eat. She didn’t mention calories or macros once.
