This is a snack dessert with really cool flavours and crunch. The cream is quite rich, but the sprinkles and melted chocolate give it a nice balance. I also love the sprinkles, there is a nice crunch beside the churro. The churro sticks have more eggs, so they're much softer and fluffier than your regular churros. Techniques? For this to work, you need to freeze the churros overnight. You must also use piping bags with a tiny star-tip nozzle. This will ensure that no bursting happens during the frying process. On that note, the churro length is 18cm, with about 3cm width. The recipe yields about five sandwiches.
