@diyaliu: One of the main real estate 🏡 trends I see on social media is that short term rentals are dead. -Short term rentals aren’t dead👎🏻, there are just way more of them, which makes it harder to succeed compared to a few years back. There was so much you could get away with that wouldn’t work as well now. 😬 -You have to understand that it is a hospitality business! You have to know how to take beautiful photos📷, you have to understand what type of furniture 🪑 🛋️you need and what designs work well.
