@trizzlemanfitness: Never do this on the seated shoulder press❌ When you grip the bar too wide, it makes it very difficult to hit a full ROM (range of motion) to hit your front delt effectively. Instead, do this. Bring your hands to shoulder width, tuck your elbows, and press in the frontal plane (bar in front of your body).
