I know a lot of people work in that industry because they actually genuinely truly care but there's only so much those individuals can do if the system and governing body behind them doesn't back the greater good. But also actually, even a lot of private therapists....charging people who have reached out to them because they need help and they just sit there saying nothing.. No they failed my daughter with aneroxia she was only 12 and needed help didn't get it . Was put into a mental health hospital that had no idea how treat eating disorders for 5 months sectioned
