Totally agree with him. I’m not typically expected or asked to do OT. For a certain project I was asked. And obliged. It’s when it becomes expected and the norm i’d find it an issue.

there’s no promise of 40 years work a good pension, benefits and wage increases anymore. We have to job hop now to get what we’re worth. it’s the companies that have lost their morals not us
