@fitfoodieselma: Strawberry Pancake Bites😍 These are such a fun and yummy snack idea😋 • More healthy recipes in my Ebook which has 100 easy recipes, link in my profile🥰 • This makes about 2 servings: 2 eggs 3/4 cup (lactose-free) Greek yogurt (180 ml) optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup (or brown sugar) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 cup gluten-free flour mix (or regular wheat flour if not coeliac/intolerant/IBS sufferer) (120 ml) 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder • 10 strawberries, sliced • 1. Mix the wet ingredients together 2. Add the dry ingredients and stir until combined 3. Dip the strawberry slices in the batter until completely covered in the batter 4.
