@glowwithella: Sparkling Blueberry Lemonade 🫐🫧🍋✨ Ingredients: - 1 cup frozen wild blueberries - 1/2 lemon juice - 1 tbsp honey - 2 tsp vanilla bean paste (or vanilla) - 3 lemons (I used small pink lemons which are a bit sweeter and smaller, so potentially use less lemon if using normal) - Sparkling water Recipe: 1. Pour blueberries in a pot over low to medium heat and add 1/2 lemon squeeze, mix consistently while slightly mashing until mostly liquid (~10 minutes) 2. Strain blueberries through a mesh strainer and mix in honey while liquid is still warm, set aside 3. In a separate cup, juice lemons into a cup, add ice 4. Whisk in vanilla bean paste into blueberry liquid 5. Pour sparkling water over lemon and top with lemon garnish + blueberry liquid 6. ENJOY <3
