@superspeedgolf: At 17 years, Lexi Booras has some of the fastest speeds with driver we’ve seen at that age regularly reaching over 110 mph when maxing out. How does she generate so much speed? There are four primary areas that affect how far a player can hit a golf ball: 1️⃣Physical Characteristics 2️⃣Mechanics 3️⃣Impact Physics 4️⃣Neurological If we looked at this in an analogy to race car, this would be the horsepower of the engine (Physical), the gears and drivetrain (Mechanics), the type of tires and optimized air flow (Impact Physics), and the Computer (neurological) that makes all of these things work together in harmony. Most players have significant power leaks in one or all of these areas. Lexi is a player who has trained extensively to allow all of these areas to work together symbiotically like a finely tuned F1 machine.
