I have nerve pain due to MS. Been using ALA 600mg&B1 100mg for 2yrs nerve pain is gone. ALA depletes your B1, so it's important to supplement it when taking ALA.

My pain management dr actually just told me to take r-ALA for my chronic pain instead of Gabapentin. She said it has to be R-ALA.

ALA can mobilize toxins for excretion, but there’s a half life. Meaning ALA can redistribute toxins in the body.
