@marinapanko8: I had absolutely terrible experience traveling with @Korean Air 대한항공 ! We were flying from Bangkok to Seoul and at the check in counter we were told that the check in luggage of our toddler was supposed to be less than 23 kg. We couldn’t find this information anywhere in our tickets. We asked for a manager and the lady wearing a Korean air uniform came to talk to us. From the first minute we realized that she was there not to smooth out the situation and politely show us the details about the luggage weight but she was there to fight. I’ve never encountered such arrogant behavior from any airline representatives before! Absolutely disgraceful! She was laughing at us with other employees and she said that our tickets are 6 pages long. Did you read all the 6 pages? She asked me laughing. Who does?? Anyways, we went through all the 6 pages and still didn’t find any information there. Eventually we went to the cashier to pay. My husband said that he feels like he is being scammed. The lady started laughing even louder being supported by other employees. She was a star. She enjoyed every second of the argument. She said that she is going you call security on us and take us off the flight. All of them were hiding their names and when I asked her for her name , she covered the budge with a scarf. When the security came, they listed her for a minute and then said that we can go to thee gate and there was no problem. The whole experience was outrageous. When I wrote you the support about this situation. They said that we deserve such a treatment. Korean Air this is how you treat you customers?? Shame on you! I’ll never fly your airlines and will never recommend anyone.
