i tried so many times on a bravo 250 cc. wasted a day trying and prib ruined the clutch bolt.. i just sucked it up and bought a clutch puller.

Pack it full of greas. Also you can take the outer sheave off without pulling the clutch

You can’t use the clutch bolt you have to use a bolt that threads to the clutch inside the hole not the crank. So find out what size the thread pitch

you need hard steel to put in first , longer then the depth of crank threaded hole , then bigger bolt threaded into clutch and pop

the only way hydro method works with regular clutch bolt is if the threads in on the clutch are the same threads as the crank.

Use grease fill the whole with grease therad the bolt in and keep going till pully pops off

All the grease or water won’t work. The bolt is threaded into the shaft. A puller is threaded to the pulley and pushes on the shaft.
